Adventures in Naples

Back in March I had a great time in Naples where I taught an Aerobics With Soul® class to 55 fired up dancers who attend AWS year round, instructed by Diane Gayes. It was an easy class to teach because everyone knew the moves and wholeheartedly participated in the fun.

I also gave two Book talks on the Dancing Soul Trilogy - one at the Collier Regional Library, and another for the Pelican Bay Book Club and residents.

Diane started teaching in Minneapolis Minnesota, in 1986, and has been an Aerobics With Soul® instructor ever since. Anna Fitzsimmons, a friend and longtime client, also from Minnesota, joined us for lunch.There’s nothing like old time friends to add dimension, quality and meaning to our work and our lives!
